Based on your methodology and your spesific objectives you need to plan your project progress on time, so you need to set each phase of your project and divide it into tasks, and subtasks, then evaluate the time for each one, and make a Gantt chart for your project

Tasks Delivery

Based on your studies for the related works, you may find a gap on others work that need to be filled, or if you are working on a product for a company you may notice the glitches and incompleteness in some others work, you need to explain these thing in a form of problem statement with a justification. i.e. Write your problem statement 3 to 4 lines long, and write the justification for your solution and how your solution and cover the gap on others solutions and why it should fit as a good solution for solving this problem

After all the team agreed on the basic idea, we want to search for any related works to this idea, and gather these ideas in one file, the related ideas might be related to the idea it self, or related to the technology used, or both, at least you need to find 5 related works. You need to write a description for each work, and find the advntages of each works, then compare all these works to your work and see what extra features you may add to these works, and what problem they did not solve and you should focus on it. After finish you should deliver your final result as PDF file on the WhatsApp group.
